Good news:
I channeled the Galactic Federation Council (GFC), with wich I'm super close, and they confirmed that BSV will become the overledger of the galaxy.
They told me that a number of very special individuals who will play major roles in the future of humanity will send me BSV and I will be in charge of using it to speeding up the process.
I asked who these people are and they said "those who send you BSV, obviously. Namaste!"
