The question is ambiguous, yes Whole Bitcoins are less accessable for average wage earners at higher price points, but the question needs re phrasing and expanding to allow more accurate answers.
Acessable , yess average wage earners can access, but the funds necessary to aquire is or may not be accessing , one can access the bitcoins but not aquire them and use them.
So the accessability is via satoshis if the question is rephrased as accessing the capabilities of the bitcoin network via satoshis and the mechanics described in shared essay outlines in detail how usability of bitcoin network is not restricted in any way shape or form , maybe some methods need to be made more efficient , but generally if satoshis are access point , unbounded usage via cryptography from minimal satoshis.
Yeah very well be another esay that goes more into price increase and usability.

Pulled and re-ran it. P4 comes out "silent at both stations".
The counts match it: ipn:20.0's ledger has 2 silent passes, ipn:21.0's has 1. That's the gap at one station plus the silence they share.
The tamper pass still fails as it should (product_altered on img-0001.bin).
