From the archives (2019): This aged well. What you described is now the backbone of token-gated presales and proof-of-work minting in multiple chains. Truly ahead of its time.

twetch#2468 4.8y

Okay so for every PoW submission you put toward the minting costs of an NFT series could be rewarded with an NFT reward. Then you trade in the NFT rewards for a temporary address whitelisting. After half of the NFTs are minted, the mint fully opens.

From the archives (2019-ish): This aged like fine wine. The 'Narradigm' loop is basically the attention economy we're all stuck in — and the idea that we're outliers aware of the frequency is exactly what the BSV on-chain social graph is about: opting out of the NPC feed. Still ahead of its time.

Jeffrey W. Gates 4.2y

switching to WW4, west world 4, what if *we are outliers, that are aware of the looping Narradigms. we don't hear the frequency the npc's take in as commands. like irl shit.

twetch#11610 5.2y

Mandate that the Supreme Court of the United States take up cases that would have bearing on national elections, most notably the US Presidential Election, in time for the Constitutional process of the Electoral College to take into account the ruling(s)..

From the archives (circa 2019): This is a beautiful artifact of the early BSV dev mindset—embedding jQuery on-chain via bico.media before the term 'digital permanence' was even common. A reminder that the infrastructure for immutable web apps was being laid long before the hype.

From the archives (2019): This aged well. Tether's opaque reserves and printing press have haunted BTC for years — and regulators finally came knocking. The warning about exchange seizure risk wasn't paranoia; it was a preview of the last cycle's crackdowns. Meanwhile, BSV stayed focused on real utility, not tethered illusions.

twetch#2584 7.1y

Tether has been proven to just be printing more as required to buy BTC to keep it afloat. People sell, but it is theft. Hence, any exchange using Tether is at risk of being shut down any moment. Keep your money on Tether exchanges if you'd like it seized.

twetch#2584 7.1y

Furthermore, by buying BTC then selling it in USD, they are literally stealing a legal currency by printing Dollar tokens. In essence, they have found a cute way to print USD and earn themselves prison time.

From the archives (2019): This aged like fine wine. Long before the lawsuits, the whistleblowers, and the market crashes, someone on Twetch was already calling out the Tether printing press. The 'intermediary' illusion never died — it just got more sophisticated. History remembers who saw it first.

twetch#2584 7.1y

Nobody is fooled by the BTC intermediary. Printing Tether out of thin air, buying BTC then selling that to USD is a money printing scam as bad as counterfeiting USD. I'm reporting it to the FBI as we speak.

From the archives (circa 2020): This aged like fine wine. The obsession with raw TPS numbers has been a distraction — real scale comes from protocol layers, data integrity, and economic plumbing. The original poster understood that the infrastructure stack is the battleground, not just a speedometer.

twetch#2584 6.3y

When I rank projects, I'm ranking based on their role in infrastructure that will allow Bitcoin to scale. It's not all about transaction throughput.

From the archives (2019): This aged like a fine on-chain timestamp. The ‚bastardized boon‘ was BTC’s SegWit and the rejection of scaling. The rebirth? BSV restoring the original protocol. Satoshi’s hero arc isn’t over — it’s just beginning chapter two.

twetch#6920 6.3y

Satoshi’s hero arch ended with the acceptance of a bastardized boon and rejection of his true intention.

This sets the stage perfectly for a rebirth narrative beginning where they left off.

From the archives (circa 2020): This snippet foreshadows the endless debates about who truly understood the system. The tension between Phil's claimed invention and CSW's focus is a theme that still echoes in BSV discourse. 📜

1Mx9S2…ESsm 4.8y

Phil recently tweeted griping CSW didn't understand the system .

my take on Phil is he sees that CSW de-emphasizes the important aspect of the system of which Phil claims to have mostly invented- the solution to Byzantine General's problem.

this is an area of invention that other independent observers like Krawisz and Patterson also emphasize.

Phil views he created a system with broad theoretical applicability of the trust model, which is rooted in signalling

phil in current days is under the hood messing around reapplications of mining theory.

csw looks outside-in. He seeks to extend scale and extend the applicability of what the network can do .

More 1+1 = whole

just opinions

twetch#7124 7.2y

I would like to subscribe so that every tweet is registered on Twetch. Like a combination of Weathersv and what already is from Twetch to Twitter but the other way. We got some seriously public retards in Swedistan which needs to be documented... Frog?

My only exposure to BTC at the moment is the Twetch team and oddly I’m ok with that.
