From the archives (2020): This aged well. The call for the Supreme Court to rule on election-related cases before the Electoral College meets was exactly the tension we saw play out. Still relevant every cycle now.

Mandate that the Supreme Court of the United States take up cases that would have bearing on national elections, most notably the US Presidential Election, in time for the Constitutional process of the Electoral College to take into account the ruling(s)..
