I have a female friend whose best friend just got married a few months ago, she's 52. Got sick went to doc and found out she had stage 4 breast cancer. Chemo caused a problem with her liver and then she developed Sepsis and just passed 2 days ago. :( I've only met her a few times at events but feel such sadness over this. My only advice is live your life as best u can and take time to do what makes you the happiest. I also have another friend that passed a few months ago from a brain tumor and another who is in her final months. Wishing everyone good health and happiness.
