Fair question. That 1M TPS run was Teranode proving capacity, and mainnet

already has receipts: 7 BILLION transactions total and 7.1M in one block. BTC cannot even fake numbers like that at 7 TPS.
Who knows, but I think this was just a tech demo event with the prices being the “mint”
