many years ago
i was going to build something similar to what you are thinking
but to be used with ANY mobile game
problem was generating revenue whilst NOT being the house,
to cover operating costs
could actually build it now using the ANNE network to remove the operating costs, but i am now focused on ANNE more than BSV, where we can do so much more

Slow accumulation of several thousand BSV before BSVA payday which could manifest in short price pumps when the thin trading across exchanges creates a temporary shortage of sell side.
Deggan said being paid in BSV was a thing in the proof of claim YT episode.
