For a skeptic – a summary of the last few weeks in 2 minutes: 1. The facts – verifiable by anyone GENIUS Act + OCC Final Rule: - Signed July 18, 2025; OCC Final Rule issued October 21, 2026; effective as of January 18, 2027. - From that date, the only entities permitted to issue stablecoins in the U.S. are those that maintain a 1:1 backing with USD/T-bills, undergo monthly audits, and ensure payouts within 2 days. - The rule is chain-agnostic. It does not mandate any specific blockchain—neither Ethereum, Solana, nor BSV. MNEE: - $98–100 million in circulation; price: $1.00. - Backed 1:1 by cash and T-bills; audited by Wolf & Company. - The only native USD stablecoin on BSV. (USDC does not exist on BSV.) BSV: - Current price: approx. $17.50; fixed supply: 19.7 million (and that will never increase). - What you have seen tested live over the past few weeks: 150 MB blocks, 4 consecutive blocks, 35,000 transactions per wave, 241 PH/s. - Fee: approx. 0.1 cents per transaction. As a company, you can cover the fees for your customers ("sponsored fees"). 2. The problem with other chains Banks are currently testing on Sepolia—the Ethereum testnet—where it costs nothing. In a production environment, starting January 18, 2027, with actual banking volumes: - Ethereum: 35,000 transactions × $2 in gas fees = $70,000 in fees per hour. No bank would do that. - Solana: Cheap, but prone to outages; lacks guaranteed finality. Incompatible with the 2-day payout requirement under GENIUS. BSV: 35,000 tx × $0.001 = $35 per hour. Finality reached after a single block. 3. Why, then, move from Sepolia to BSV? This is your Sepolia → BSV upgrade. The bank keeps its frontend on Ethereum but shifts the costly settlement process to the backend—on BSV. Why must they do this? Not because some regulation explicitly mandates "buy BSV," but because, on Ethereum, the cost of settlement is mathematically unsustainable. However, if a bank intends to settle on BSV using MNEE (Merchant Network Execution Environment), it requires BSV to serve as "fuel" for sponsored fees. It must hold BSV as inventory. 4. Why the bottleneck? - Total BSV supply: 19.7 million. - Available for purchase at $18: perhaps 1–2 million. - 100 banks × 10,000 BSV each (as "fuel" reserves) = 1 million BSV gone—wiping out half the available market. Current market cap: $366 million at $18/coin. At $100/coin, that’s $1.97 billion. For a bank holding a GENIUS license, this is an operating expense, not an investment. Conclusion for the skeptic: No law compels anyone to buy BSV. Rather, the law compels banks to settle transactions in a way that is both low-cost and final. At 35,000 transactions per hour, BSV is the only viable option in terms of cost—and within the BSV ecosystem, MNEE is the only viable solution. Therefore, anyone wishing to offer MNEE—which is exactly what everyone is currently testing on Sepolia—needs BSV. And at a price of $18, there simply isn't enough to go around. That is the difference between "can rise" and "must rise if the volume comes in."

Past midnight out past the ring road, the regional mail sorting hub is humming under buzzing strip lights. Two guys in faded vests tossing canvas sacks into open trucks, making sure handwritten letters actually reach distant towns by sunrise.
"A peer-to-peer network is an unbroken covenant: you hand over a message, and the ledger carries it without an intermediary deciding if your voice is allowed to exist." — Dr. Craig S. Wright
When centralized platforms tweak algorithms, shadowban accounts, or lock your archives behind paywalls, the illusion collapses. What truly matters isn’t the corporate feed; it’s the message delivered straight to the recipient without anyone tampering with the envelope.
When the platforms pull the plug and the feeds go dark, did what you said today actually reach another human soul, or did it vanish into a private server?
