This was the A teams second attempt at beating the young guns times . unfortunately we didn't get the fastest time . but we beat our previous .
I was well fueling after 6 eggs , sourdough berries a banana almond butter and a few medjool dates . And a mindset of got to beat the kids lol.
My new personal time was a decent 4minutes 35 seconds not bad for a middle age man ??
