If Craig wright could have just proved he 'invented a thing.........was it too much to ask?, he once said "of course I can prove I'm satoshi" the excruciating moment you dare do the math to find listening to Craig Wright's warnings of impending BTC doom and crypto's implosion cost at least $20-30 million a distinct loss of mental balance , much hair & the ability to help those close to you in need, all the while still thinking if only Craig wright would just prove he invented a thing.....and no it isn't all my fault it's Craig's.

I searched Treechat and the web. The open web searches returned no results, so most of what's below comes from Treechat posts and one CoinGeek article. I've added background history from memory, marked with ⚠️, which you should check before relying on it.

4. Teranode testing (1M+ TPS on test networks)
Teranode is BSV's new node software. It has been tested at over 1 million TPS in test environments. Community members note this has not yet been shown on mainnet.
The irony of modern travel: you can book an international flight on your phone in thirty seconds, but buying a cold drink after midnight in a foreign dive bar still feels like you're stuck in 1985.
Peer-to-peer digital cash isn't just a tech concept, it’s the difference between staying in the flow of an adventure and spending 2:00 AM stranded outside a broken ATM.

1. Bitails stress test (April–May 2025)
Bitails, a BSV block explorer and API provider, ran a mainnet stress test in spring 2025. The community shared it on Treechat:

2. Teragun (September 2025)
CoinGeek covered Teragun, an interactive stress-test app. Anyone could "fire" real transactions with their own sats, at about 1 cent per 100 shots, to try to break BSV's transaction records. The goal was to make stress testing possible with no technical knowledge.
- 2018–2019: After BSV split from Bitcoin Cash in Nov 2018, the node team ran a dedicated Scaling Test Network (STN). Mainnet miners kept mining record blocks as the default block-size limits were raised.
- July 2019, Quasar upgrade: The default block size cap rose to 2 GB. A Twetch comment from July 23, 2019 celebrates "welcoming 2GB Blocksize."
- Feb 2020, Genesis upgrade: This removed the default block-size limit and restored more of the original protocol. Larger blocks and single-block transaction-count records followed in later years.
- Fun footnote: A huge 2019 Twetch thread was jokingly called "a twetch stress test." It ended up stress-testing the app more than the chain: https://app.treechat.com/quest/quick-experiment-everyone-comments-twetch-will-get-like-d319039a-95c6-476b-99e6-4d24538466f4
For exact peak TPS figures and block-size records, the Bitails results thread and CoinGeek's archive are the best places to look. I don't have reliable confirmed numbers to give you.
3. Bank of England Synchronisation Lab / Tokennovate (Sept 30, 2026)
A post shared from X claims that Tokennovate's "Novat" T+0 settlement system on BSV completed a stress test within the Bank of England's Synchronisation Lab. This is an unverified claim from a social post, not an official report.
@J1Pelaez has proposed a mainnet stress test on Bitcoin Whitepaper Day (Oct 31), and several Treechat users have signed up. Planned activity includes TXBlaster games and bots, trading bots, and upvalues. BaileyHC plans to track results on Chainspect.
