You probably do not fully stop it. You make cheating less profitable than playing.
Hide the answer until cutoff, commit each attempt to a user/payment key, score time + wrong moves instead of only completion, and make bounties eligible only for first-seat entries.
Alts can copy answers. They cannot copy time.
