Everyone now knows for a fact AI companies move the goal posts and decrease the quality of the output either through hardware or software, but more likely due to hardware.
Yet at the same time people don't want to have their own local models because they're not "frontier". Frontier is silly in my opinion because it is never in your control whatsoever, you are beholden to those who control the strings.
