I've been feeling pretty disconnected from reality lately

Actual breaks in awareness where everything kinda feels really strange and like... Like I briefly lose what's going on, and a bizarre sensation rushes over me, it's like I disconnect from what I'm experiencing briefly and then extremely rapidly reconnect. It feels pretty fucked.

Having suffered greatly, and being a fatalist, I wish the least amount of suffering for all conscious beings and hope that we are in a configuration of reality wherein extreme suffering cannot be experienced by any conscious being - there are ways that this is possible, but uncertain if they are occurring.
