Simple pricing transparency and informed consent to the insured regarding whether the insurance will Actually cover the things the "doctor" just piled up to do claim having done to you on your "visit"(order). Months later you find out random things you never knew we're "provided" aren't covered by your insurance and presented your bill. And of course the amount paid by the insurance for the other items was insanely overpriced for no reason.
