Our pride and expertise in bespoke private estate planning solutions is of an extremely high level we are told for we strive for excellence and do not have anything to hide;

Other than my own express trust deeds that us 😁

Our ambition and goal is by sharing esoteric knowledge in order of people making better informed decisions on their own estate planning needs;

Although we do not inter free with free will;

Trust is in every aspect of our lives although hidden in plane site by miss leading educations most people do not know it and this is by design;

Everything and we mean everything is govern by trust and we will briefly explain this by the interpretations express below here;

i) are we the “Keeper of the Vehicle” ?
Why is it not the beneficial owner of the private
conveyance…?

ii) are we the holder of the passport ? Who owns it ?
When we’re holding something, we’re holding it in
trust for the benefit of another;

iii) are we the holder of the driving licence, bank cards,
and many other items given out by the corporations
in order of deceiving us into being trustees when in
actual fact we are the surviving beneficiaries of this
earth;

Firstly let the above sink in;

we must know that there are two of everything; we never get up without down or left without right or positive without minus etc etc…

And with private irrevocable inter vivos trusts it is knowing the two separate parts in play being seoerated what creates a trust…

You see… if i had a car with the keys and the log book there would be value in that but if i gave you the car and one of my friends the keys and the logbook i would have removed the value by this separation as neither would have use of anything;

Well with trusts in the same principles it is the separation of “titles” what creates a trust and these “titles” are known as;

i) “beneficial title” - this is having the rights of enjoyment of something (but where does this title exist) under the principles of the “common law of the land”;

ii) “legal title” - this is the all caps birth certificate name
with a prefix of MR, MISS or MRS as an example and
is the administrative role under “statutes & Acts”;

There are clearly two jurisdictions express above and jurisdiction means control;

So the jurisdiction of monopoly is the rules inside the box / game; and the jurisdiction of scrabble is the rules inside the box of that game;

So common law of the land is the governance of the people under the divine principles of gods law;

So under this we are a subject of the law of England the country of flesh and blood people;

But under “statutes & Acts” written by a corporation known as “parliament” we are a subject of the presumptions of law… and this presumptions are presumed regular by them rewriting, editing and altering these daily;

The clue was in the “Kings Coronation” when there were clearly two crowns;

i) The king Edward Crown - sacred crown of god;
Gods govern the people do they not…?

ii) The imperial crown - governance of corporations and
persons; well if the “United Kingdom” has s a corporation existing in “Dun & Bradstreet & Company's House” then surely they can only govern what they create ?

Well a corporation is an incorporation certificate given by “registration” and has a company name and a date upon it, yes…?

Well a “birth certificate” also has a name & a date upon it;

In law two equal entities can do business / contract… well if the world is a piece of paper incorporation certificate and a person is a piece of paper birth certificate then these are equal entities under the law;

But a piece of paper cannot speak or act for itself just like a company can’t serve its own customers and stack its own shelves… they are corpses… short for corporation;

We have given an introductory of the alternative world awaiting us by first knowing who we are and where we are and then where we must go…
