🔎 The latest selection regarding BSV on X
@JLevener79232:
We need electronic money and it has to scale. The only candidate is bsv. The longer time goes by the more internet money is needed and the closer we are to using bsv as electronic cash.
OK... @Sunnie can I use BSV as a store of IP with a timestamp as proof of originality and what is the best way to do this for a pdf document?

Let's Get Down To Business
Two platforms, two promises.
On X, you post into an ocean. Millions of people could see your words, and visibility is the reward: followers, reputation, sometimes opportunities. On Treechat, you post into a room. The room is small, but every like, reply, and tip carries real value in micropayments. You don't just get noticed. You get paid.
On paper, Treechat sounds like the fairer deal. In practice, many users drift away feeling less successful than they did on X. Why?
One side: the micropayment model is broken for most users.
A small audience means few people see your post at all. And of the few who do, most don't tip. The result is a feedback loop that's hard to live with. On X, 40 views on a post feels like background noise. You can blame the algorithm, the timing, the mood of the day. On Treechat, zero earnings feels like a verdict. Putting a price on attention makes the absence of reward measurable, and measurable rejection hurts more than invisible rejection.
There's a second problem. In a small network, the same circle of users often tips each other. Money circulates among regulars, and it starts to reward belonging more than content. A newcomer looks at this and sees a closed economy. They post, they wait, nothing happens, and they quietly go back to the ocean, where at least there's a chance someone new is listening.
On this view, micropayments only work at scale. Without a large audience, paying for content just highlights how few people are paying.
The other side: Treechat users are measuring success with the wrong ruler.
Visibility on X is cheap. A like costs nothing and often means nothing: a thumb scrolling past, a reflex. Most of X's "reach" is attention that never turns into anything real. And despite the promise of scale, most X users are also shouting into silence. They just don't have a number that proves it.
On Treechat, every interaction costs the reader something, however small. That makes each one a genuine signal. One stranger who pays even a few cents for your words has told you more about the value of your work than a hundred reflexive likes. A small audience that pays may be worth more than a big audience that scrolls.
And the "closed circle" problem cuts both ways. Small communities reward consistency, and the people who stay, show up, and engage tend to find their place. Mass platforms reward virality, which is more like a lottery. On this view, Treechat isn't failing its users. It's asking them to stop expecting X-style numbers and start valuing smaller but more honest ones.
The question:
Would you rather be seen by thousands and valued by no one, or seen by twenty and paid by two? And if micropayments only feel rewarding at scale, can a small platform ever grow big enough for them to work?
Give your reason, not just your side.
I wish I had one of these...🐇👀

Had to warp it like...
I've been very reluctant to try this as I don't want a whole heap of junk posted to the "immutable?" BSV blockchain attached to my name! <- NB all you descendants looking at this in 2099 - I didn't put a command after the ! ;-) <- remember you old wrinklies when this was all we had in the olden days? :-}

Lots of activity on this post recently. Its interesting that some of these old posts about #Bitcoin #BSV and Satoshi/Dr. Wright are getting bursts of activity. People must be researching and finding the truth:

$BSV
is way behind.
Not listed on exchanges that matter. No stablecoin. No tokenized stocks. Zero communication with the trillion-dollar companies. No ETFs.
The unbounded blocks were there years ago. Management stayed quiet.

He said in his tweet, “The fork caused BTC to drop below $6k.” Two days after that tweet, he delisted BSV. The fork he was talking about was BSV.
