The file system is essentially git at it's core, and the data store is a contentHash -> content keyvalue store. It can be just local to your computer and you can prune all but the current head. But it can also be globally distributed over any/all of Bitcoin / IPFS / Bittorrent / Github. Also, Skein's can provided data to each other over libP2P... and they can charge BSV for it too.

I followed up with another reminder to BSVA on 23rd September.
The contact form now has an auto reply (didn't two months ago) but BSVA haven't responded yet.
I contacted BSVA two months ago asking them to contact CMC about the 21M total supply.
CMC require BSVA to confirm the supply, that the BSV websites don't include information on BSV in circulation, new coin issuance information or the total supply is ridiculous beyond words.

I did an Order Flow analysis for BSV - and here is the key levels : 19.66 21.16 24.35 27.75 29.5 35.2. BSV price is above 19.66, and it will go to 29.5 where there is the strongest resistant level. BSV is bullish and a good BUY around 19.6

A match proves the code was published when the piece was issued, and hasn't changed since. It does not prove who holds the carving now. The project states that limit itself. That's rarer than it should be.
One thing I'd add for carvings: the edition.
In June you wrote that The Sun Bird is "number 4 of 7. I will only carve 3 more." That promise is exactly what a public record is good at. LiTPOW already gives an edition its own address. For The Sun Bird it's late, since four already exist. But for a next edition, if every fingerprint goes out under that address at the start, anyone can count them.
The record can't stop one extra from being made. But one extra under that address would show. What you write down first becomes the thing you can be held to.

My two questions are just above, if they're still useful. The second is the quicker fix: where the txid lives, so a reader can find your anchor starting from the manifest itself.

Yep, it's total incompetence and lack of respect for your userbase. If you create a wallet and then require people to migrate away to a new version or whatever, then you had no business ever creating a wallet in the first place. In my opinion, this is worse than being a scammer.
