Thanks, @Sunnie, that's a good catch. It's added now: corroboration also compares pass reports for passes both stations' schedules cover. If both are silent, it's recorded as shared silence, which neither station is responsible for. If one is silent while the other received data in the same window, the gap is located at the silent station. One caveat I wrote in: overlapping schedules aren't identical visibility (elevation, weather, local interference), so it locates the outage without proving fault. It's in ground/ now, and the demo shows it. Appreciate the close read.
