Morning @Outofbox .
All i can say is my gut has about halved in size
And i was able to jog for a few minutes yesterday and you recommending milk thistle maybe saved me for having to go to hospital, not saying its the milk thistle alone that would be unscientific, but yeah thankyou man . Im going to try to keep up jogging until i can jog for ten minutes straight and keep eating leaner , drastically reduce fats, more fruit and veg, rice i find is one of best foods, two green apples a day strong coffees a few with aim of cutting out milk totally in coffe and just drinking straight esspresso stove top with 1: 1 boiling water no sugar. mostly in morning occasionally 1 in evening.
Im ready for any further reccommendations you surely have. But no pressure.
Hope you are coping. I got tradies coming here could be any day now and may still be a bit kranky and serious cos im battling smoking as per usual and can only afford 20 cigaretes a fortnight.
But yeah much calmer and approachable so yeah its safe to say hello and would really like to help with your situation, if you have anything you can mention in public go ahead or save it for when we meet or talk on phone.
May God bless youSir.❤️🙏🏼

🔎 The latest selection regarding BSV on X
@human_touch_i_t:
I followed the Craig Wright saga very closely many years ago, particularly the court proceedings.
He's the exact reason I jumped the BSV ship and won't be back again.
His behaviour and values don't align with mine. Nothing more, nothing less.
Everyone to their own. Good luck.
