Wow it appears that because this post had only a single job of high difficulty (10) it was not mined for two months! Certainly that was not the experience the booster had in mind. They might consider using more, smaller jobs or adding lots of useful tags which splits the job up into equal parts.

It's a template but the idea is to shape it down so that it pulls data from Article smart contracts
Notice the txid at the end of the URL… the part coming before the txid can be customizable by the author.
...the idea is with that txid you can sync the article's state on chain and parse out all the article content.
That part that this template does not provide out of the box is the composer.
But it is rendering markdown for each article. The key feature of this is that the article, though on chain, is editable by the author.
However all edits are persisted on chain so theoretically one could see the article at all points of time in the editing process.
