I have discovered why I think some people were not able to join the Geist Live Stream
In our case, one club member (who was able to enter) purchased two extra cards from me and sent them to two new members, who were not able to enter. The issue appeared to be Jitsi not starting up but perhaps it is actually something else.
Apparently, when a user creates a new wallet on Relay and is sent an item instead of purchasing it themselves, their handle appears as a Bitcoin address instead of a 1relay handle on the owners list. I don't know what the implications of this are except that it appears to not let them in to the livestream despite 'owning' the token.
If the receiver instead purchases the card, they are able to get into the call fine and show up as their 1relay handle in the owners list.

That means she has no satoshis in her account and has never used it before, which causes her paymail to not be listed in the list of relayx token holders.
