Indeed, feminism itself can be understood as something which sabotages desirable women from pursuing their own best interest in order to improve the relative odds of less-attractive women.
The biggest disadvantage of being a woman is other women. Women are not as loyal as men, on average. I think that is because women tend to be in a zero-sum game with other women over resources that they do not produce, whereas men are more likely to band together to produce more so as to benefit everyone in their group at the same time.
