Conan 2 enables us to separate out some of the libraries we were using, but not maintaining, from the maintenance of the library. Instead of forking secp256k1 and having to keep the fork up to date, while still having the conan build file added, the recipe in Gigamonkey-BSV/secp256k1-conan-recipe will download a specific commit per version requested, and compile and package that. This should be much easier to keep maintained than the mixed version that was in place before.
