Here are some quick thoughts, perhaps they are correct. Perhaps not. ;-) If 100 kilobytes is still the hard limit for OP_RETURN, and 12 megabytes is about 12288 kilobytes, then 12288/100 = 123 transactions. You need to collect the transaction identifier for each transaction for later use, and keep the identifiers in correct order, but before beginning to upload you should have the video file already split/splat into 123 parts.

the new big picture becomes drive to 65k in 2021 could only be met with a drive to 30k in 2023 That will shake out more people

With this latest kick to crypto knees from Coinbase and the younger gang of bsv guys washed out of bsv , if one were playing this as a grand strategy, now is when to consider making a move in to BSV

this Is an observation from 4 years.
many of the younger guys who came in to bsv didn't admit to themselves of their gaps and blind spots and didnt approach the space with a mindset of being teachable.
most of them were operating on relexivity by the market, which I have commented much about. If there is one thing about finding validation in the present, it's they won't be doing anything original.
can you imagine if in a year BSV is the only coin with low friction on/off ramps in the US?
given that Coinbase , once they get offshore , could pull the plug on US markets and Robinhood's crypto business is just a side venture they could put on ice.
