i think for a long time we focused too much on getting people wallets as if that was the goal,, literally people just got wallets & then didn't buy or sell anything ever & they just, had wallets,, that was an utter failure,, we need to have follow through where what we get people to do is something that actually matters, & getting them a wallet is along the way to that destination--- which should also interest people a bunch more??? like if we're like, oh you have to get a wallet so i can send you the cool thing, or w/e, then that's a zillion times more interesting than, could you please get a wallet b/c wallet

i had a varied range of interests in Bitcoin use cases but I have pushed those aside in favor of limiting my focus to a common theme of enabling adoption.
This is either getting Bitcoin ideas in front of non-bitcoiners or ways to spread wallets into the posession of non-bitcoiners
I was sort of interested in trying it but why do they force sign-up just to read the site. I always consider that an obstable of user growth .
lamint is pretty quiet really
i'm thinking of posting some bodywriting there
A few weeks ago for LizardValley Studio we came up a comic style concept The Bionic Hodler where the themes would revolve around all the bad ideas and schemes in crypto
i really liked it but then I was like ok it's a ton of work to do a full comic story and we don't have a means to market it . I couldn't think of a path to deliver something minimal . I posted a draft, and when nobody reacted I deleted it.
@EmaCryptoXo and I had a chat and decided to go back to our existing priorities which is already a years' worth of stuff
what I have spent the most time on in the last 8 months is "how web3 happens"
which is a lot about why it's not happening, and why what most people think about web3 is poorly-considered and to consider some alternatives ways that I think it could happen .
while I have a lot of material on that , I don't see much leverage in putting it out Long form. I think I might do a one time vid to speak to it buy mostly I want to focus on those concepts that are core to my viewpoint and help move them to fruition
Also of course
why it's better ,
but we all know that
I can't tell you guys how many long form ideas I come up with, save away a few notes, but can't get around to carrying forward the idea.
one item I have been thinking about is writing
"Thinking in Bitcoin" to discuss
what makes it hard (to get the world to adopt)
and how to make it easier (to transition)
never any serious attempt at moderation, so that doesn't help, i mean it'd be nice if people would self-moderate, but, lots of things would be nice, if wishes were fishes we'd all get a bite & so forth
i heard something somewhere about 99% wash trading
i don't understand askbitcoin.ai does it make sense
online identity is just painful, do we really have to just slightly improve it, couldn't we just use bsv to replace identity w/ space

Why is it that stuff people can say in a minute, they get the floor and take 5 minutes to say it?
meeting people is nice, talk is nice, but doing stuff is better
