My hope on the consumer content market in two years:
5% crypto tribal market- characterized by a controlled pyramids, social hierarchy, iterative disjoint projects, FOMO promotion, rarity mint gambling, 'Get in Early' marketing, Buy pressure, flip aspirations
95% all other content - wide open market, consume as IRL, buy at your Leisure, for your leisure or as gift, useful for promotion, marketing, learning, or entertainment (participation, viewing, reading , or games) and collectable
I hear off boarding in eastern Turkey is hitting users with 25%- 30% in tax and fees from exchanges .
buying gear with and living from cyrpto sales is that much harder than it was
I guess that the system stress of crypto collapse upon fiat exchanges has made it not possible to grease the skids anymore in remote places .
I try my best always :) At first, I got disappointed to see the divide in the community, but then I learned with your help that, we could create it ourselves and go forward.
I can say that I love drawing design and working on art-related projects - I had and still have offers from other blockchains. in my mind, BSV is none like the others, and if we put the work, We are going to change it for good.💗
Those who really believe in what they are doing creatively over the long term might create an asset and choose not to deploy it at this time, or for example, mint some of their work yet feel no need to put it up for sale right now.
The ledger value derives from its content.
Consumer content, whether it's interactive metaverses or collectible NFTs or games components is mostly entertainment / enjoyment. The prime value in entertainment is people/characters (real or fiction) and Story. Relatable, Connected, in any format.
As they say 'Few Understand' in crypto bc 95% of those here came here for other reasons. They want to be tribal, root on teams like sports, live the melodrama. This is fine as a niche activity for 5% but it's why consumer user base doesn't grow into mainstream.
We are applying general principles of entertainment. We hope more people decide to meet us there in a year or two. Until then, I expect we will mostly have to self-fund creative assets as a content production house. I am looking forward to your work.
The big picture is to disrupt hollywood as much as Silicon Valley. Utility leads to ubiquitous delivery vehicles, but that is all. The real need for two years out is having Grade A content to make use of this utility. No Media incumbent is going to proactively tie content to the ledger. We in BSV must create it ourselves first.
There are other very good creative talents in BSV, but not enough for such a large ambition. You are a key creator here. We will do the best that we are able to.

say I am a service provider offering some IoT solution . I've bundled some tunneling software that gets configured to known devices . Now I let customers deploy these devices along with my software services. When deployed , the devices are ramming in Bitcoin transactions over the IP layer so this is at like a new layer 4 coming into my network services.
As a service provider, if this going to get dumped into some logging for forwarding txns to miners over layer 7 , that's kludgy. Getting output feedback would require a whole go-around through the wider software. Some set of current services now built at APIs would have to get transformed into network services . It's not easy to build intelligence down there. Companies like Cisco do it bc they're massive.
We were doing IPv6 / IPSec over 20 years ago at work. Seeing CSW hanging around IPv6 people is a kick. strange to be coming back to this topic after all these years
Its so old the I suppose the number of people who know both blockchain and IPSec well isn't many. I learned security before ECDSA was in use
He is playing long ball to focus on gaining adoption at layer 3-4 rather than layer 7/8. They will have to make years of progress gaining device adoption with IoT before many humans have a role in riding over that. However, the bsv network can't wait. Businesses will build at the user layer while I suppose nChain will focus on the other. The dual differing strategies is both promising and cloudy.
