better on bsv focus most on things you can't do anywhere else, or on incentives you get anywhere else, and to build around that all the other things people already can do
I got lot of flack on Twitter for communicating badly about this , but I was correct about the point :
doing things on BSV that are popular on other chains won't bring their users to bsv
Esp with ETH, crazy high fees people still will pay show just how powerful network effect is
The bsv price fell , along with the rest of crypto
on the surface the nft market might look strong
I think undeneath actually it's waning quickly
going by what I know of people who get paid for art or being a 'mod' / booster on a project's chat , income has dried up all 2022, far from 2H'21.
projects that rely on tokenomics are more exposed to boom and bust cycles . With tokenomics, timings big token push is key . truth is most token buyers are speculators rather than actual gamers
one large project I am aware of had good timing last fall but blew a ton on high profile ads just as fervor was drying up
the next 3 months will be interesting . Look for a lot of people who got in for quick $ to simply leave. All coins , bsv too.
the people in bsv who think they are big are really in a very small pond. Reality is we are all very small.
The best approach to gain traction is to be open so ledger content gains network effect
open social is the best path to build . I am glad more people are looking at it
