I suppose the official stuff like bsv wiki and academy is good, pay attention to shadders stuff , satolearn is another. I suggest watch videos on Joshua Hensle's YouTube channel if you aren't . Also moneybutton , planaria , this, and Run all have some docs. Also depends on your preference and goals, ie languages , background etc. The hardest thing about being new is which way to go.

The two go-to cult moves are either scaling fears only they know, or the social impression everybody is going to use them and you will be left out

What is the best route to learn to develop on BSV without falling into Dev Cult? (Very new to the space, but fascinated by the technology)

we'll get this more popular . I know we can do it . It's part of the long game as I see it.

ironically, we need to keep building a little more influence out on social media to bust up some bad narratives.

Many of us non-twetcher are making progress breaking though.

the main thing is to tell people they don't need to serve and try to climb a hierarchy to enjoy on-chain social.

If you still think Craig Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto. Please keep it to yourself and don't kill my dream.
