Csw hired himself a top legal team. Its time he hired himself world class Top 10 PR. The one in London is called Brunswick Group. most of the rest are in the USA. It is necessary to get his story out by going around Crypto Media
My recommendation is CSW make the phone call to Brunswick
Bitcoin Association should hire one in the USA, any adequate one. It's not like they have a bad reputation to fix. They are just unknown. Bitcoin Association's reach here for devs and Businesses is far weaker than UK.
I don't see a potential pump action on the horizon.

Does common sense in a jury full of normies mean that most of them will immediately conclude that "secret relationship" = 0 evidence for the plaintiff, especially since Dave himself spoke/documented none of such, at least of which the plaintiff himself did not recklessly destroy .
Thus should be a 15 minute verdict IMO
Read on CG that gmax also claimed csw holds just a small batch early keys. I don't think he would say that if he expected to eat it in short time. It's another glean that massive key loss to a million coin fortune is the best theory to explain all the inexplicable .

I didn't watch it all but it seems to me that csw aligned himself with Scronty's claimed 2008 pre-WP dates
and seems nobody in bsv realizes or acknowledges it
I saw somebody say "Phil Wilson got leaked information and inserted himself into it"
I view that Phil was there and, as 3rd party realized this, Phil's claims were used as an input to create forged doc
That's why the Scronty timeline is basically accurate.
It reminds be of the Dan Rather GWB scandal 20 years ago about his National Guard records. Ask Dan why he stood behind the admitted forgeries? "They were fake, but accurate" 🤣

I researched scronty extensively. Probably only Steve researched him more than I.
But unlike many, I am the same age as those guys and in the same career field. I have a BS meter and historical context of the popular wisdom and dev POV over 1995-2015
on general credibility , scronty passes quite well. His invention rationales , while they're not CSW's perspective, they are good in being consistent with his role . As far as his claims of 'who thought of what' , that's really not the essential aspect IMO.
Scronty said unambiguously he believed that most keys were lost . I can't remember the details of the situation he described. I would have to go find it.
It's not necessary to buy into 100% of scronty's version to believe he was probably a key inner participant that was the in gap before Hal was involved .
The lost keys claim seemed outlandish at the time. But the more time passes with situations that are hard to explain without this scenario , the more plausible it becomes.
