In the US, Identity of ownership within legal framework can be solved in a 10 minute trip to do a hand-signed attestation in the presence of a notary public while presenting yourself with a valid government ID in front of two vouching witnesses.

Doing this , then moving coin or Publicly signing would establish no extra-legal precedent that the keys established identity. Rather it cements the legal identity and claim of ownership under law of perjury and fraud

I observed this last year. I decided at that point any other delay is just a sorry excuse driven by other motives

I am not a lawyer obviously, just a clear thinker with a decent amount of life experience.

If he has authority of the keys in trust or whatever, it's up to him. If he does nothing , I can't explain what other motives are in play.

Yet, say hyptothetically, all those private keys are lost/non-recoverable. Here is what nobody talks about: Satoshi coins in the context of abandoned property law

I believe this is perhaps why CSW is more interested legally in asserting he is the original issuer of all Bitcoins than the miner/owner of those coins. I don't believe he has sufficiently transparent documentation as claiming ownership and getting a court order. He then seeks to get the coins back as abandoned property . In BSV world , that's an easy one. In BTC land, it will be a heck of a fight to win that . This is probably why he must run a legal gauntlet fighting COPA , over establishing rights and claims of the issuer, not so much about COPA patent disputes or ownership of the coins.

I think it would be a funny troll for somebody to do a "why I believe CSW is Satoshi" video testimony but in the video to speak arguments why this belief has made them into being a big BTC hodler.

these are the sort of arguments T OG and Bitsko on twetch have been talking about for two years . there are lots of reasons to connect believing CSW is Satoahi to being a big BTC hodler - probably about 10 - all courtesy of the inactions and statements of our guy CSW

taking stock, harshly, this Sunday am:

bsv is #68 coin on coingecko. basically, it missed out on the last 3 months of the crypto rally

users are growing slowly.

block size peaked 2 months ago

transactions peaked 3 months ago

bitinfocharts stopped updating a number of other metrics so it's hard to show how strong bsv is comparatively in activity

the Twetch and dev cult crew has moved into RelayX and tswap. Put aside their extensive self-dealing, they're not moving the needle.

the old guard centered around the CG, the Association and ICU isn't moving the needle much, except that coingeek guys are doing well with the trial reporting .

the trial itself is shaping up to be a nothingburger for bsv. CSW would have to drop bombs tomorrow for that to change.

Ryan X deleted his 30K twitter so he can talk to himself on YT. Several other OG BSV proponents have retreated to their businesses. Connor Murray, of late, is an excepton perhaps

The China side of bsv develops stuff but it's questionable how much that translates into bsv ownership and users.

The only people I can see moving the needle with interest socially is mostly us- the non-cult freelancers that associate loosely here and on twitter

I guess we just double up on it.

Imagine if you were an employee at a >1000 person company and you proposed committing a new business project to Leveraging a #25 provider in the space.

you would have to then rationalize why none among all of the top 24 are not suitable. People might assume you have a conflict of interest. This would threaten your continued employment at that job. Gook luck with that

the Csw Florida litigation has pivoted to tactics of discredit csw even when it undermines their own case, much like the discovery phase was an exercise of doing the same .

this should convince people enemies of original Bitcoin are still active around and within BSV.

the light-touch defense of bsv has led it to being a #68 coin already per coingecko . BSV will be out of the top#100 soon. If it's not a top-10 coin, it's not a consideration for most well-funded business. So we are now miles from that

Unless the major patrons of bsv do something different, the trajectory won't change. There are clearly things more important to csw than saving bsv. So here we are waiting for resolution of those more important things hoping that at some point action to the benefit of bsv happens . Even if that were true in time, windows of opportunity are being lost.

Inactions often have consequences as large as actions

In Canada the government bought out media compliance directly through grants

In the US system, they do the same with the Gates Foundatiion , which can be any of 10 other multi-billionaires' self-directed "charitable trusts"

Libertarians say this makes all the difference. Yet, it's the same group of super-elites doing the same things in both places

MintPress News Revealed: Documents Show Bill Gates Has Given $319 Million to Media Outlets Bill Gates has bankrolled hundreds of media outlets and ventures, including CNN and NPR, to the tune of at least $319 million.

A lot of people aren't think the same in terms of tiers and layers of infrastructure.

It leads people to believe they disagree with one another more than they probably do.

Two things going on here-

I already mentioned the problem that BSV solving for the hypothetical. That's one Issue.

The other issues is the DevCult assumes reach from end to end. Their ideas jump through layers. other people are not thinking in that context

In computing , most everything under the sun has been done before. It too easy to get lost in the wilderness of possibilities.

Generally you want to take the path of least divergence to reach your place of adding targeted value .
