What I see is not a withdrawal plan and a rapid defeat,
but a handover plot, a clear benefactor (CCP) with means and motive, and some reasons to believe associations for such a plot existed.

It sure does seem like "Oh I can't believe the Afghan's didn't put up a fight" as the army all were ordered to surrender by their command was a script created by the CCP for the Biden leadership of the US and Ghani leadership of Afghan, all of whom were all bought off.
