After Ema started posting art for DeFi tokens this week, she picked up about 100 new follows outside of BSV.
Among them, a prominent Wall Street market analyst, began to DM her. Then a strange thing happened- his account was frozen even though the is nothing in his content that would be contovertial.
Hearing this, I asked Ema post a very pro-BSV tweet, and RT it again to test whether she is shadow-blocked. Usually this gets some reaction. Only one person interacted, so it does beg the question of it there was restricted distribution of the tweet.
Is Twitter engaged against BSV socially and if so, what sort of social graph suppression is Twitter imposing on BSV twitter?
The social graph of BSV Twitter is like a nest. Twitter can easily wrap the nest in a social trash bag and shadow block at the outside. Those inside the nest don't easily see it.
What Ema is doing is punching through the trash bag, and twitter can score the weight and level of social interaction, flag it, then interfere.
There is certainly more to come with these experiments.
