Paddled boarded in the morning then meet family for beers and food at lunch. Took a brisk walk around the brewery to check my daily commitment off.

Originally I committed to 5 days per week. During the sign up process I was confused and thought the app was expecting daily commitments. At that point, since the commitment was modest, I changed my mindset to do this commitment daily. So technically I'm over delivering. 😎
