Walked at a path near the beach today at a slower than usual pace since my knee is still sore from bball. I'm assuming that's why the fit app didn't award me hearts points today.

Made it over a minor mental hurdle this morning. Played bball after a long time and I'm sore now, especially the right knee. Easy excuse to rest, but didn't take the bait.
Gonna play bball later but not sure how to record prof of it so did a morning walk this am. I guess this can be the baseline and anything extra is a bonus.
I did something similar before. I simply recorded a brief clip of me playin’ ball, then uploaded

Yes, it is still technically in beta! There’s a Help button in the main menu (top > lower left) where you can submit feedback.
We also have a Telegram group.
