@mak108 this point stand out to me - 2. Write a blog post. Publish a White Paper. Broadcast information to a mailing list. This costs nothing and has the impact of completely protecting the idea allowing any patent to be invalidated based on your existing publication. This cost next to nothing.
CSW’s post on defensive patents is worth a quick read. I did email Stephen a while ago suggesting an interview with Craig. My influencer super power is low. Stephen is pretty busy keeping up with scams. So the counter position is not in direct vision. Craig is also super busy. They are in scam busting adventures so a meeting of some sort, I’m sure would be good.
