Users have to be smart about UTXO management, and this is where the freeze coin feature comes in handy. If you don't want to merge outputs, then freeze those coins, or send to a new wallet account. Electrum wallets can have multiple separate accounts.

Its only illegal if you are trying to evade the law, not if you are just looking for privacy.

UTXO split has already been implemented, this would be an automated mix feature which builds on that. Its different legally than coinjoins or mixers that mix funds with other users. It only would mix the user's own funds in their own wallet.

Rock wallet does not support my state so I use bitbase.com to swap BSV for LTC or vice versa, and use coinbase as the offramp/onramp through LTC. Bitbase.com is pretty awesome and doesn't require KYC.

I used to use coinex from USA with a VPN, but now they require KYC. Now I use bitbase.com, no KYC needed. Its a newer exchange since April with pretty good volume. Its the best exchange for BSV right now.
