Probably worth being very careful with the wording

A UTXO splitter is similar though
like moenybutton had before
split coins into new same sats UTXO's
use new addresses for privacy

UTXO split has already been implemented, this would be an automated mix feature which builds on that. Its different legally than coinjoins or mixers that mix funds with other users. It only would mix the user's own funds in their own wallet.
