Such a good recipe! Sweet potato, carrots, dates, banana, nutmeg, cinnamon, walnuts, and if I think of it, some chia seeds. You can freeze (it actually tastes a little better when blended from frozen).

breathwork doesn't have to be complicated. Just sit and take a deep breath in, let your abdomen expand as the diaphragm contracts then exhale through mouth or nose, I do both depending on what I feel. Do that for 1, 3, or 5 minutes, or when u remember!

In my mid 20s, I went to a Network chiropracter, they don't use physical manipulation, just light touch. During the session for the 1st time I cld remember I felt a full breath into my belly. Changed my life. I had been shallow-breathing since childhood.
