Well, BSV has created a way to seize assets and confiscate funds without redoing the Proof of Work. So nothing is really permanent, you never know.

IMHO, if you want Bitcoin to be changed by Craig Wright to allow confiscation, you aren't a set in stone kinda guy.
IMHO if you can't get back what was stolen from you, this has got no future. Fine and dandy the electronic cash system, losing a couple of bucks here or there, thousands if you're more flippant...but if you've squilians that have provably gone amiss??
