IMHO if you're against having stolen bitcoins returned, you haven't got nearly enough bitcoins...

IMHO, if you want Bitcoin to be changed by Craig Wright to allow confiscation, you aren't a set in stone kinda guy.

IMHO if you can't get back what was stolen from you, this has got no future. Fine and dandy the electronic cash system, losing a couple of bucks here or there, thousands if you're more flippant...but if you've squilians that have provably gone amiss??

Nobody says stolen property shouldn't be returned. The question is how.

Flagging stolen coins is a possibility, and so is finding the thieves.

Confiscation only adds problems.
Unnecessary.
