Thanks. I remember doing 100 push-ups + 50 sit ups a day in my early 20's and later in my early 30's as well. Got back into lifting weights again last year, close to the best shape of my life, then came off the motorbike at 10km/h, metres from my gate and broke my collar bone. That was 5 months ago.
