I cracked these guys this AM for breakfast.. Delicious, in hindsight i should have added some dill to the jar to give it more of a dillpickle taste, but either way they are delicious and leave a great after taste in mouth :)

I'm afraid the teenager of the house would polish off a jar of lovingly homemade fermented pickles by himself in a ridiculously short period of time, based on this week's observed snacking habits. 🤔

They are very simple to make for him, just baby cucumbers, salt and water :) i use one way valve lids so nothing can enter and the ferment gases can escape. The worst part is the time taken to ferment, but the payoff is worth it 😁 Good luck to you 😊
