Still probably doesn't matter these days.

I'm pretty confident flock cameras are just cover for the fact that they have way better surveillance than static cameras. Phone at home notwithstanding.

If they remove flock cameras due to public outcry, I'll consider it proof.

Think about it this way @729

How many other cameras exist within the perimeter of visible flock cameras?

Ring doorbells? Businesses? Traffic cams? Etc?

They can already see everything bro. They don't need flock cameras to have access to the massive network of cameras that already exists.

My bet is they will remove flock cameras and everyone will cheer and go back to not realizing they're always being watched

You’re not wrong about the pervasive cameras, they are already at intersections and in our phones but something about the Flock cameras feels more aggressive.
They know we are waking up to their corruption and they are clamping down on the police state while they still can. They know we are about to revolt.

I'm telling you bro it's cover for the fact that they already have the surveillance state. That is how they operate. They show you things to misdirect you.

"Look over here, these are the cameras that are watching you, just these ones - not all the other ones, not your phone!!"

"We need THESE cameras to watch everything! We certainly can't do that already, we promise!"

They haven’t really shown us the cameras tho, they are sneaking them in.

You make a good point tho, when I allegedly destroyed one I didn’t feel like it was decision.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they place them in accessible spots and then ise manipulation of our thoughts to catch us cutting them down.

A big part of contemporary tax-farming is about allowing different groups their little revolutionary fantasies.

I do think that there is some value in removing the home town's authority in treating it's citizens like criminals.

I think the whole thing is a ruse. They never planned on allowing them to stay up. The entire thing is an operation to make people believe "Oh no, mass surveillance isn't already happening, look they're trying to start it with these obvious cameras they're telling us about!!! We need to stop them!!!"

Then they remove the cameras "due to public outcry", and again, everyone goes back to not realizing they're always being watched already.

So, hometown authority never actually had a chance in the first place (beyond the limited time these cameras will remain standing)

For God's sake, everyone has a cell phone on them at all times...

As someone on Twitter mentioned (and I hadn't considered this prior), Tesla cameras are everywhere now too...

Apex intelligence has access to every single camera on earth, with advanced AI modeling to track everyone flawlessly.

It's ALREADY a mass surveillance state powered by AI.

Therefore, any attempts to put visible cameras up like they are, and claiming "We need these to monitor you", is horse shit. Therefore, did I make my prediction that they would be taken down.

It is a heat-sink for revolutionary vibes as @6345 pointed out

It's going to make everyone think "Yeah, we stuck it to the man!" when the man is laughing at them for falling for this.
