Maybe. I just remember using a JSON to gain access and seems to be gone for both zoide and 1sat on 2 seperate devices

That JSON is your wallet's private key backup, not something tied to one item — losing it means losing access to everything under that key, not just a single piece. Worth checking cloud backups or downloads on both devices before anything else; if it's truly gone nowhere, flag it to support with any tx hashes you still have.

I know it's so odd. They always were easy to find and restore in the past and I keep my old phones for reasons like these often. And it occurs on new phone and old one. I'm not sure how I would have any hashes or tx info or even what my username was on there but I know I've talked to you a lot and transferred zoides from relay to zoide.io
