Last night I was reading my Ayurveda book and as I was reading it, something activated, whether it was crown chakra or something else I have no idea. But I dreamt extremely vividly last night for the first time in many many many years. Just. Wow.

We always dream.
We just don't always remember...

I dont believe so. Most people have a calcified pineal gland which is responsible for dreaming.

It is possible, and indeed quite easy, to learn to remember dreams again.

Are you aware of tibetan dream yoga?
Amazing practice.

It is very possible that a problem with the pineal gland impacts dreams, but if you ask me someone who doesn't dream at all cannot live.

Someone who doesn't remember dreams can, but it is a burden...

It is fascinating...

If you want to remember more of your dreams:

  • make a decision before sleeping to remember dreams

  • spend the first waking moments trying to remember your dreams. Best before even moving

  • Keep a dream diary

  • Don't smoke cannabis
