It is possible, and indeed quite easy, to learn to remember dreams again.

Are you aware of tibetan dream yoga?
Amazing practice.

It is fascinating...

If you want to remember more of your dreams:

  • make a decision before sleeping to remember dreams

  • spend the first waking moments trying to remember your dreams. Best before even moving

  • Keep a dream diary

  • Don't smoke cannabis

I usually wake to a baby or two crying so its hard to use those first moments upon waking for remembering dreams. But I like the way you think! :)

lolllll I do wake up before them every day. Just to have my coffee in peace. But its usually the time they wake up and I put them back to bed for a little bit ;)
