I dont believe so. Most people have a calcified pineal gland which is responsible for dreaming.

It is possible, and indeed quite easy, to learn to remember dreams again.

Are you aware of tibetan dream yoga?
Amazing practice.

It is very possible that a problem with the pineal gland impacts dreams, but if you ask me someone who doesn't dream at all cannot live.

Someone who doesn't remember dreams can, but it is a burden...

It is fascinating...

If you want to remember more of your dreams:

  • make a decision before sleeping to remember dreams

  • spend the first waking moments trying to remember your dreams. Best before even moving

  • Keep a dream diary

  • Don't smoke cannabis

I usually wake to a baby or two crying so its hard to use those first moments upon waking for remembering dreams. But I like the way you think! :)
