So far I can only think of another currency with more supply (so it is more divisible) or currency with inflationary environment like DOGE (not even joking) to encourage spending. That way the fees wouldn't get too expensive.
Unless Bitcoin protocol can be changed to introduce new solutions, which we all doesn't want. That being said, it might actually be like digital gold at some point due to the fixed supply and appreciating assets value.
To think even further, some kind of L2 might even works to mitigate the cost but at least not the current L2 we can see today.
Or our way of interacting/exchange might even change because of the deflationary environment we have.

Just my two cents.
One of the big thing that I dislike about using Twetch is the absence of algorithm. It's a platform where everything mixed together without filters. The "Trending" categories is not of my interests and only favours "famous" people.
Back then, the "Latest" section is not existent and to use Twetch we can only see posts that are in Top categories.
Most of the time using the platform, I see replies of other posts that are completely irrelevant to me. It's congesting the environment in the sense that, there are lesser discoverability for new users and people to connect with each other. In the current state, to get discoveries/impressions on the platform you are required to spam more, so you get exposed to the "Latest" category.
It's not an ideal social media for mass use, it's more of a junk factory that have not been filtered. I know that we have "Follow" feature to make us consume the content we like, but I haven't got into the stage of wanting to follow someone because I don't get to read their valuable content in the first place. To add on, not every person post frequently on Twetch.
I also understand that algorithm is not needed in the past, but now our users have grown a bit and that things are starting to get congested.
I know this is a new platform and new implementation takes time. But I'm just wanting to suggest something beneficial and share my thoughts so that we can make Twetch great again!!!
Let's dive into how different social media position themselves.
In Reddit, we can choose the content we like to read/post/see through a subreddit (communities). Even though the platform has "follow" feature, seldom do I use the feature as I only browse the subreddit I like.
In Twitter/X, I follow the people I like to see more of. But the design of the platform is such that, before following any individual we are required to discover people outside of our followings through either X algorithm or through the followed people that indirectly/directly promotes an individual outside of our scope.
That's how we connects with new people and obtain new information in X.
The platform also have algorithm that gives me more of the kind of topic I like to consume especially news.
In Meta, we add friends that we are already connected with IRL. Then we share memories or content with each other.
In Twetch, we are everywhere. There are too much "go with the flow" elements. Besides, following feature... I don't have a way of intentful browsing that caters to my needs. It's like going into shopping mall having every items everywhere.
I understand that Twetch does not collect your data. Therefore, the process of categorising people into segments can be difficult. Hence, the absence of algorithm.
I'm open to ideas and would like to see what can be implemented. Currently, Twetch favours spammers and large following people (design-wise). Often time, I do not read beyond 10 post in the latest section and I'll be done for the day.
In a global space (internet), we have people with different languages and timezone. It's harder to get discovery if information is so overloaded in the platform.
It's essentially a gamble of good information or bad information every time we open the app to browse. Either it's an individual who spams "Branch" or just some random people conversating through comments sometimes good information.
I believe everybody come to Twetch because we want to connect with like-minded people, learn, share information and also utilizes the beauty of Bitcoin. But I don't believe people come to Twetch to spam GM solely.
Here's my suggestion, is it possible that we utilizes a simple feature like #Hashtag to represent communities first? That we have a section for topic for example #BitcoinSV #Cats #Economics #Politics.
Or is it possible to crowdfund a community like subreddit? Because in the future I'm sure some content have to be moderated at some point. I think the days of hiring people in a company to moderate is so outdated. Reddit is kinda ahead of the information space imo.
So that we can discuss topics that we liked. 😉
I don't know, just something I think about. If it's really all the derivatives or assets or whatever. Will it still be practical? I know it's not gonna happen even in 20 years, just like super far into the future.
Other coins? Also I'm not a technical guy. If a coins (CBDC or something) built on BSV, what is the processing fees based on? Sats?
Guys what happens if Bitcoin became so valuable and 1sats start to get expensive, what would happen to micropayments?

Elon going full advertising model, it's gonna collapse at some point.
I have a feeling next year is gonna be a Bitcoin year, whether it's the worst or the best.
My thoughts on the Blockchain Economy.
With the rising trend of digital currency, our humanity for once are able to regain our power and control back on our ability to be sovereign again. In our current modern financial system, money can be taken away by the authority through the means of ineffective monetary policy. That's not money should work. Gone are the days of "the few" controlling the monetary system. We will once again be back into the age of gold standard, that the perception of money will start to shift as we progress.
Knowledge will be perceived as wealth again. Having knowledge gives us the ability to innovate and gives back to the society. It improves our standard of living. The very concept of wealth is confused with money in our modern age. That knowledge is not the main driving factor of achieving financial success. A system of such neglected the great use of mind.
Back in the days, our ancestors knew that mining raw materials is the way to wealth, it's an indication of a hard-working man. It creates actual value for society, we could now manufacture stuff with raw materials. It is the reason why we have Industrial Revolution. Mass production of goods and services makes you the wealthy ones. As Elon Musk once said, money should be judged based on information theory. That having money doesn't mean anything, if there is no exchange of information. That very concept alone is simple to grasp yet people are misunderstood.
Unfortunately, today we have a new wave of younger generation who perceived money as evil and greedy, that's a very naive and pessimistic view of society. They think they billionaires today are at fault of today's society problem, because of the amount of money they had. But they are tunnel visioned by the fact that most billionaires exist because they created a lot of value to society. Amazon gave us E-commerce, Apple gave us easy access to information and even looking back, how agriculture solve food shortage issue etc.
However, we have a rising trend of big tech company "abusing" their power to absorb all the value of the new emerging economy under the disguise of free products and services. That notion alone, created an advertising business model where the consumer who use the internet are the product and not the user. Every information on the internet is close to free, that no one are gaining by the work they produce unless they charge money. But the perception have not shifted, why pay when you can access free… duh.
Personally, I strongly believe this model will change as we progress towards the Blockchain Economy. The new internet somewhere around 2026, where everything can be priced and valued but in micropayments, we pay for what we deserved... An exchange of information that are more negotiable between both parties. It's more effective if you think about it, not everybody paid for their YouTube subscriptions monthly also consume YouTube content monthly. There are days where we are busy with life that we might just wasted our subscription. Big tech like YouTube gain more than deserved from this model alone.
In the future, every individuals are able to create value on the internet, gone are the days of advertising free model. Now we regain our data sovereignty, everybody have their chance of earning. Advertising, AI, Survey etc companies will be required to pay for your data usage to improve their services. That empowers the collective as information can now be priced. It's the embodiment of individuals acting based on self interests to pursue greatness in the collective world. We start valuing our great use of mind through self interest then we produce value to society (collective).

Beijing is having a big bad flood. I pray for you guys to be safe 🙏
Recently, I came into the realisation that Pi Network might not actually be sold on the market due to securities law. And that will actually make Pi the only network that are viable as a currency?
It passes the Howey Test
I) There is no common enterprise (community's effort).
Ii) No expectation of profits from others, instead using it as currency.
Iii) It is not an investment of money.
GM, everybody.
Does it concern you guys that Craig has been intentionally creating forgery? I'm very confused at the state of the industry right now. BSV actually works better than the other. But why, the forgery of evidence. People could just build on BSV and lead by examples instead of fighting the Satoshi war.
Meow +1
Lately, we have YouTuber who reacts to other people work and upload it as their own. Usually it ends up the YouTuber who reacts the video gets the most views as they are more famous. Technically, that's stealing efforts of others in a nutshell. The "reactors" do not need to put the same amount of effort in editing, formulating scripts and speaking to achieve a far better outcome of the original creator. That's very disempowering for every small creators.
That's pretty much the same for music. Nowadays, the law of DMCA is a lose-lose situation for the music industry and the user. The process is so troublesome, that people rather choose to not listen to the artist music to avoid lawsuits. That's a lose for everybody.
One could argue that, it is the result of famous YouTuber reacting that makes the small creator famous. Sure… how about we have another alternative that are much favourable for everybody and start giving equal opportunities for people.
Through Blockchain we can solve these issues, we can start having royalties for video and start charging people who reuse our video instantaneously, cheap and scale. We can start customizing our payment models that caters to the needs of musician… whether it's pay per use, ownership use, or subscription.
In my opinion, one of the best characteristics of Bitcoin is the immutability of its protocol, as emphasized by Craig. This unchangeable nature not only enhances the credibility and integrity of the system but also underscores the true decentralized essence of Bitcoin. It is akin to the fixed nature of physics, where the Earth's gravitational force remains constant, providing a stable foundation for life to thrive. If the gravitational force were to fluctuate, our infrastructure would collapse, hindering progress and sustainability.
Similarly, the same principle applies to Bitcoin. If its protocol were subject to constant change, nothing we build on this digital ecosystem would last, rendering it vulnerable to manipulation and control. It would replicate the shortcomings of our current financial system, where centralized power can manipulate currency values. We would be doomed to repeat the cycle of the past, with entities altering the financial landscape every few decades, leaving nothing enduring for future generations.
Just imagine the hard work and efforts our ancestors invested to build a better future for us. A stable protocol in Bitcoin ensures that their contributions are preserved and valued, allowing us to build upon their legacy rather than starting from scratch. The notion of printing money, on the other hand, diminishes the work of our forebears, eroding the foundation they laid for us.
In conclusion, the immutability of Bitcoin's protocol is not just a unique feature, but a crucial one that safeguards the long-term viability and prosperity of this digital currency. It upholds the values of decentralization and trustlessness, ensuring that the work of our ancestors remains steadfast and enduring in the face of an ever-changing world.

What makes the internet?
It's an open system for all, decentralised, resilient to attacks and full of competition.
If you have internet connection, you can access it.
Now we can apply the same concept into "cryptocurrencies" you use today. Is it permissionless? In most cases, yes. But can you acquire the coins without buying it?
Probably not, at least for most "cryptocurrencies" in the market.
You need an exchange to acquire it or you can mine it by building a mining machine. It's complicated for the average Joes. Well, maybe you lived in first world country that is not an issue to you…
What about the unbanked? What about the inclusive element of it? Do you think it can be the future of money if it can't be accessed by the whole world? The same goes for gold, not everyone can acquire or buy it but it has a value in our monetary system but it's not a money you use in your day-to-day basis. Even if you create a token that are backed by gold. The same logic will apply, not everyone can buy or access it.
In today world, if you have a device and internet connection you can access the internet.
But can you apply the same for "cryptocurrencies"?
That's why I invite you to think about this further. Are you truly wanting to "bank the unbanked"? Anyway, today topic is about searching for the global money.
The recent attempt by WorldCoin is a great initiative. But to make an account you'll need the Orb, that's very centralised in my opinion. It probably violates the securities law in some way. They might also be resilient of attacks if people can figure out a way to fake an iris scan. The bottom line is, it's very uncertain as of now.
In my opinion, the closest currency to be the future of money is Pi. Yes I insist that is the answer and I'll tell you why.
Pi Network is developed by Stellar Development Foundation. It is a non-profit organization. They are more likely to pass the securities law as followed by the recent XRP ruling that - non-institution distribution are more likely to not be a securities.
Now let's dive into how Pi Network works.
It's a cryptocurrency that is only accessible as long as you have a phone and internet connection. That sounds like the internet doesn't it?
They have solved the problem of bots through KYC solution. The downside of it is that only one human one wallet, sounds scary for the privacy guy I know. Who knows if that's the future of internet? One wallet, one account for all your internet consumption.
To start today, all you need is to download their app and you can start mining on their app (without consuming your battery or anything, it's just a time-based distribution system). Your earning of Pi depends on your contribution of the network (sounds like social credit score to me). That's the dream of the socialist (community driven mindset) that's for sure.
Lately the world are shifting towards more on community driven stuff, all these movement and what not. I do not necessary support them especially when they are extreme, but I see the trend of humanity gradually heading there. That's why I invite you to be open-minded about each others and maybe you'll learn something.
I want to convince more of what's possible for you. Or perhaps you haven't seen it coming.
Today Pi Network development have a Fireside Forum. It's like a new social media on its infancy stage. It's like Twetch as well, but they have more users than us. In fact, it's more like the start of Facebook. They have features just like us, we can tip people money (Pi coin) when people express themselves.
In their testnet, they have people around the communities that are trying to develop applications for the ecosystem.
Imagine if every person starts mining Pi, and people starts accepting it in their marketplace, restaurant etc. That's the vision we all always wanted, but still haven't achieved. I think Pi is very likely to be the one due to the easy access of it.
Anyway, this is what I think will be played out.
Pi Network today, also have the same issue of scaling. I think a big server farm will probably complement this lack of scaling issue. It might actually be BSV, due to the potential of it.
I don't want to dive deep into the esoteric of it. But I think it could be like a balance of for-profit and non-profit co-existing in the future.
I invite you to start mining today, it helps me grow my mining rate and also help you to start earlier. Currently, you can start mining without KYC first, when the main-net (official) comes… you'll need to KYC before to transfer the mined coins to the main-net. My suggestion is to wait and see, then you can KYC if you want.

I looked into Gate2Chain site, I think paying with BSV will be implemented. The mint is also on BSV chain 👀. This is real utility.
Will do
For now, they only accept credit card for payment. To earn (mint token) you'll need to connect Stripe just like Twitter.
Hi everybody,
Today we have a new platform for micropayments and earnings… it's called Minta funded by Gate2Chain that are run by BSV
This is a great start for creators who are looking to earn without intermediary. You can create music, book, videos even physical goods that can be traced back to prove your ownership.
Check it out
