Do you think Twetch could introduce automatic content translation, similar to how it works on X?

Technically, it shouldn’t be too difficult to implement — a simple “Translate” option under each post could automatically translate the content into the user’s preferred language.

The question is the cost. Could this feature be free, or perhaps available for a small additional fee?

For an international community like Twetch, I think it could be really useful. Language barriers often make it harder to discover interesting content and interact with people from other countries.

What do you think? Would you like to see automatic translations on Twetch? 🌍

Damn… I was really looking forward to tomorrow. 😔

My employee got sick, so I have to cover his shift.

No Janosika for me. Just like that, all the excitement and plans are gone.

I know there will be other races, but it still hurts when you’ve been looking forward to something for so long.

The entry fee is gone too.

Sometimes life has other plans.

Final tune-up before race day. 🏃‍♂️
The last 63 km ultra is behind me, recovery is done, and now it’s time to sharpen things up before Saturday.
40 km and 1,500 m of elevation gain. 🔥
At this point, there’s not much fitness left to build - it’s about staying fresh, keeping the legs moving and getting the head ready for the challenge.
The trail is waiting.
Janosik 40 km <-> here we go!

Every Christmas I make these pizzas in the shape of a star.
It’s basically a little game of “Russian roulette” nobody knows what they’re going to find inside their slice. 😄
Different fillings, different surprises… and you never know which one you’re going to get.
Would you take the risk? 😏

Yes, that’s absolutely true. The real art is achieving a high-quality fermentation and getting the right consistency, temperature, and acidity, so that the pizza is baked exactly when the dough is ready.
We usually ferment our dough for 24 hours before baking, but sometimes much longer — 48+ hours. That’s when the dough is at its best. 🍕

Thanks a lot!
I’m still learning and getting used to how everything works here. I’m trying not to miss any messages and keeping an eye on what’s new. I really like the interface the more I use it, the more I like it!

I’ve always wondered how people handle ultra running on a keto diet. If I’m running for many hours, I usually take in carbs every hour. During my last ultra, I burned around 5,700 kcal.

So how would you approach replacing that energy while staying keto? Is it even realistic during a long ultra, or do you think some carbs are simply necessary for performance?

If you have any experience, studies, or good resources on keto and ultra running, I’d love to hear about them. Please share!

Nutella pizza — always the first one to disappear! 🍫🍕

This is one of those combinations that always disappears the fastest, especially when kids are around. 😉
And it’s incredibly simple to make.
We bake the dough like a focaccia, but we don’t add olive oil - otherwise the pizza would be too greasy.
The most important part: we don’t bake the chocolate!
As soon as the dough comes out of the oven, while it’s still warm, spread Nutella quickly over the entire surface. The heat makes it melt beautifully.
Finish with some roasted walnuts or hazelnuts whichever you prefer.

Enjoy! 😋

I make mine with wheat protein (vital wheat gluten), bamboo fiber, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, olive oil and salt. No regular flour, very low in carbs

I make my keto pizza using wheat protein and bamboo fiber, with a few additions like flaxseed and psyllium husk.
But gluten-free pizza is currently my real passion — I’m constantly experimenting and developing new recipes.
Below are some of the classic wheat pizzas from my Marana oven. 😀

First post on Twetch
Just getting started here, so a little introduction.

I make pizza for a living - experimenting with dough, flour, fermentation and everything that happens before the pizza hits the oven 🍕
Outside of pizza, I have another obsession: running. Mostly trails, mountains, long distances and lots of elevation. And, of course, the occasional “why am I doing this?” moment.
Pizza, running, technology and probably plenty of experiments along the way.

Let’s see where Twetch takes me.
