It's been a few years since I've had Peyoung, but the taste hasn't changed.
It's not particularly tasty, but I don't dislike it.
I like the mayonnaise topping (calories...).
It's nice to have a day like this once in a while.

食べ終わった後の汁を耐熱容器に移して、卵を溶き入れて600wのレンジで3分ほど温めると汁の量次第で「茶碗蒸し」になったり「かきたまスープ」になったりして美味しい。おすすめ。
今回は汁が多くて「かきたまスープ」になった。

If you transfer the soup into a heatproof container, add an egg and heat it up in a 600w microwave for about 3 minutes, it can become "chawanmushi" or "kakitama soup" depending on the amount of soup. Recommended.
In this case, there was too much broth, so it became "kakitama soup“.

生しらすと釜揚げしらすの贅沢2種盛り。
とろりととろける生しらすとふっくらとした釜揚げしらす、それぞれが絶妙なハーモニーで混じり合って非常に美味でした🤤

It was a luxurious bowl of two kinds of shirasu: fresh shirasu and kama-age shirasu.
The melt-in-your-mouth fresh shirasu and plump kama-age shirasu mixed together in perfect harmony and were extremely delicious 🤤
